About Me: 
I have been a proud Itasca resident all my life. I attended D10 schools back when Benson was known as Washington and both Benson/Franzen were K-5 buildings.   When the opportunity arose to teach in Itasca, I could not wait to rejoin the D10 community.  Itasca is my home, and I am so fortunate and proud to be part of its schools. 

I have two children who attend D10 schools, a sweet rescue pup named Winston, and one of my favorite activities is going for a long walk/jog through Songbird Slough Forest Preserve.  I also enjoy cooking and trying out new recipes, needlepoint embroidery, and swimming.
